Athletes: For many athletes, confidence is something that you either feel or don’t feel. We work with
athletes to dispel the belief that confidence is only a feeling. By building trust in your knowledge, skills,
and abilities, we train the act of confidence in athletes.
Performers: The arts present a novel challenge when it comes to confidence. The subjectivity of the
medium and those that judge it can make it seem impossible to be truly confident in your preparation
and abilities. We address this challenge by facilitating self-informed confidence through the perspective
of our clients.
