What Are The Benefits of One-on-One Sessions?

One-on-one sessions are the most customizable support offered by our team. Persistence Psych works remotely and in-person with clients to address their personal performance goals.

These sessions are more private and intimate than our group sessions, allowing for deep dives into the issues most relevant to our clients.

How Often Would They Happen?

Session frequency depends on our clients' goals, but we recommend scheduling weekly sessions when we first start. Weekly performance improvement sessions will help elite performers identify problem areas, set goals, and stay accountable as they work to improve performance.

Do They Have To Be In Person?

We love to see our clients in person! But that doesn't mean we need in-person meetings to see success. Persistence Psych has a hybrid model which allows clients to pursue the type of session that will benefit them most, whether it's in-person, remote, or a hybrid mix of the two.
