What Are The Benefits of Resilience Training?

Resilience training teaches athletes, performers and elite professionals to "roll with the punches." Failure is a part of life; resilience training improves elasticity in our clients emotional, cognitive & mental, physical and spiritual selves.

Can I do this as an individual?

Resilience Training is for individuals and groups! Persistence Psych works with individual athletes, performers and elite professional to improve elasticity and resilience. Individuals approach us to hone in on their specific issues relating to resilience, while groups can benefit from a team approach to resilience.

Do They Have To Be In Person?

Persistence Psych offers remote and in-person resilience training opportunities. Depending on our clients' needs, we may meet in-person, virtually, or a hybrid model combining of the two.
