Resilience Training Fees
We do not take insurance. However, we do have a flexible sliding scale to accommodate most athletes and performers. Please reach out with any questions, we're happy to work with you to keep sessions affordable.

- 50 minute session (individual) - $125
- 25 minute session (individual) - $75
- 50 minute remote (group) -$250
- 25 minute remote (group) - $125

Can I do this as an individual?
Resilience Training is for individuals and groups! Persistence Psych works with individual athletes, performers and elite professional to improve elasticity and resilience. Individuals approach us to hone in on their specific issues relating to resilience, while groups can benefit from a team approach to resilience.
Do They Have To Be In Person?
Persistence Psych offers remote and in-person resilience training opportunities. Depending on our clients' needs, we may meet in-person, virtually, or a hybrid model combining of the two.
